We assess individuals for recruitment or promotion in 28 countries at one global price and to one global standard.

both internal and external candidates for key roles in one
standard report ahead of role changes. We make the packaging
and the content for evaluating internal and external candidates
the same: one, simple succession plan that compares internal
and external, like for like, and ahead of time. Find reduces
the risk of poor hires or poor promotions or extended vacancies.
Find is a consulting process not
a transaction. Globally, we will help clients:
- Articulate the roles to succession plan
and the time sensitivity of each
- Define the standard for these roles (competencies,
experiences, behaviours, etc.)
- Scope the internal candidates for these
roles against this standard
- Agree external sources of credible candidates
against the same standard
- Identify and qualify both external and internal
candidates
- Once qualified, persuade internal/external
candidates to join the succession plan
- Assess these candidates, internal & external,
against the one standard from 2. above
- Provide positive, development feedback to
all candidates, both internal and external
- Use the analysis in 7. above to measure
succession strength for each role and overall covering internal
and external candidates to the same standard
- Monitor and maintain candidate specific
changes to this succession plan
Poor hires, promotions, significant or
prolonged vacancies, waste time and resources. Poor succession
signals weakness; effective succession involves rigour – a
systemic, continuous review of a plan and people both inside
and outside the organisation. Achieving this, globally, is
tough.
