Pete
Bridge has 15 years' experience
in client service, having qualified as a lawyer (Linklaters)
before spending 6 years with Oliver Wyman, a leading management
consultancy, and 4 years as part of the management team of a
specialist leadership consultancy advising plcs and investment
management firms on attracting, developing and deploying talented
executives. Before joining Panthea, Pete was an Olympic
rower with a 2:1 from Oxford. |

Lisa
Cramp has nearly 30 years'
experience in consultancy and as an executive, and is
a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She helped to
build SHL into a market-leading global psychometrics
and assessment consultancy; and co-authored or helped
to develop several brand leading psychometric tests.
For the past seven years has been involved in senior
leadership assessment and development consultancy projects
throughout Europe, and in the Middle East, and has worked
with Panthea from its early days. |

Brian
Dive has over 30 years'
experience in industry and consulting in the areas of
HR and Organisation, at Unilever and at DMA Consultancy.
Brian developed the widely successful “Leadership
Levels” program,
implemented in 100 countries worldwide.
The introduction of Levels at both Tesco and Unilever
is described in The Healthy Organization reprinted
2007, Kogan Page London (www.koganpage.com).
Brian has outlined further applications across 20 industries
and the public sector in The Accountable Leader 2008,

Dawes is an occupational psychologist with over
20 years' industry and consultancy experience. She played
a major role in the successful flotation of SHL Group
Plc in the London Stock Exchange. |

Gherashe has over 25 years’ experience
as a line manager, coach and consultant. He has worked
in human resources management and human resources development
and strategy at executive levels across Europe, the Americas,
Asia and Australia in a number of industries including
finance and education. His passion is the realisation
of strategy through people and teams. |

Catherine
Guelbert worked in UK health
care for 17 years across the system with chief executives
and chairs, as an executive and as a coach and creator
of development programmes and tools (for example, the
NHS Leadership Qualities Framework). Catherine works
with public & private sector clients to develop their
leadership, individually and as organisations. She has
an MA in Management and an MPhil in Action Learning. |

holds an MA from Oxford University and has over ten years industry and consulting experience. She has worked in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East and is fluent in English, Italian and French. Her experience spans numerous sectors including Retail and Consumer, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Pharma and Media. Her areas of interest and specialisation include leadership assessment and development, organisational effectiveness and aligning leadership capability with business strategy. |

Hornby has a unique blend of coaching experience, a professional
coaching qualification, blue chip industry and consulting roles
and a strong academic background with degrees from Oxford and Harvard
Business School. With 20 years of experience in consulting and people,
Cathy helps leaders gain insight into and develop their workplace agendas.
Cathy understands core values, the big picture and supporting transitions through
containment and questioning in a supportive way. |

Caroline
Laidlaw is a chartered
psychologist who gained her two Masters Qualifications
at Edinburgh and London Guildhall Universities.
She has
seven years' of consultancy experience and spent her first
4 years at KPMG in London. She has since designed and
delivered assessment and development methodology throughout
Europe, the Middle East and Asia in a range of sectors. |

Andrew
Matheson is a former academic who
transitioned 20 years ago into commercial life. He has developed and
led teams and businesses within corporate environments, and is the founder
of two US-based manufacturing technology companies developing electronic
and renewable energy materials. Andrew also serves as an independent consultant.
His clients are from the power, chemicals, oil and gas, metals, and electronics
industries and span the globe from North America, to the Middle East and India,
into Asia. Andrew's education includes a Ph.D in theoretical physics from
Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Busines School. |

Ian
Scott has over 16 years’ experience as
an educator and coach in the field of leadership development.
He specialises in communication skills, self confidence,
presence, engaging with others and personal influence
as drivers of business performance. He moved to the UK
after a number of years working as an adjunct faculty
member of the Australian Graduate School of Management
and is also a member of Duke CE’s adjunct faculty.
He commenced his doctoral studies with Macquarie Graduate
School of Management, holds a Masters degree in education
and development and has trained with the National Institute
of Dramatic Art. |

include the CEOs of hospitals, global retailers, transport systems
and businesses, and other sectors public or private in the UK, India and USA. |
