In his recent roles with CEB as President APAC and MEA and MD EMEA and Asia Mike developed extensive international experience: driving high growth in emerging markets, optimising performance in mature markets, leading business turn rounds and operationalising M & A. Prior to that he was with SHL, the largest global provider of assessment services and the Hay Group (now Korn Ferry). He held senior leadership roles as well as personally providing leadership consultancy at Board and executive level.
Max Weston
Max Weston is a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He has over 20 years’ experience in consulting on strategy and people, with The Boston Consulting Group and Panthea. Max helps CEOs shape their leadership agenda, build effective teams and persuade people to follow them. Panthea's clients include the CEOs of hospitals, global retailers, transport systems and businesses, and other sectors public or private in the UK, India and USA
Andrew Matheson
Andrew Matheson is a former academic who transitioned 20 years ago into commercial life. He has developed and led teams and businesses within corporate environments, and is the founder of two US-based manufacturing technology companies developing electronic and renewable energy materials. Andrew also serves as an independent consultant. His clients are from the power, chemicals, oil and gas, metals, and electronics industries and span the globe from North America, to the Middle East and India, into Asia. Andrew's education includes a Ph.D in theoretical physics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Busines School.
Sam Powell
Sam has over 25 years’ of providing management and administrative services at both management consultancy and event management organisations. Sam joined Panthea Leadership to run the day to day financial management of the Company. She holds a BA from the London School of Economics.
